We are looking to hire a full-time Head of Growth for Flunks.
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, organized, high-energy professional to join our team. This is a critical role that requires uncompromising wit, experience, and autonomy. You will be a leader accountable for a significant part of our business, and need to be ready for a rewarding journey full of many challenges.
Canada - Remote - with a focus on British Columbia.
responsibilities
- Build a growth model for customer acquisition and retention that is understandable and actionable
- Develop our brand marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set company strategy, goals, and plans over a multi-year timeframe
- Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
- Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
- Oversee creative briefing, testing, and implementation with our creative team
- Build out copy for both promotional and evergreen campaigns
- Collaborate with our product development team to create and deploy go-to-market strategies for all products
